Injuries: Arthritis and joint injuries, sprains, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, repetitive stress injuries. How to Wear: 1. Open the fasteners and slip the support over your hand with the metal plate along the length of your palm. 2. Close the center adhesive strip, then close the remaining strips. 3. Attach the thumb strap to the opposite side of your hand. Adjust the strips for comfort and the perfect fit. 4. For left-hand use, pull the metal strip out of the supporter pocket, keeping it in the ready position. Turn the supporter over and insert the metal strip into the corresponding slot. Insert the end of the adhesive strip into the supporter pocket. Please follow the wearing instructions above. Care Instructions: For rinsing, remove the metal strips from the slots under the supporter, close all locks, and hand clean with mild soap and warm water. Dry thoroughly and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, dye, or use fabric softener.
