Wear the support over your knee, position the soft part against the skin, and adjust the circular opening on top of the kneecap. While holding the support, loop the middle strip under the kneecap, then hook the buckle onto the support. 2. Loop both remaining adhesive strips under the kneecap, then hook them onto the support. Adjust for the desired fit, comfort, and firm support. Care Instructions: Close all support buckles before washing and cleaning.
