• Attend the patient's home to provide 10-12 hours of basic health care.
• Follows the patient care plan for their home. The care plan can include, but is not limited to, the following nursing interventions: - Assist the patient in daily life activities - Monitor the patient for any health related changes - Monitor patient safety and prevent skin tearing - Documentation in accordance with the Home Care Policy.
• Maintaining patient / family confidentiality and safety at home.
• He excels in operating all the equipment needed for patient care at home. Training will be provided.
• Contact the nurse supervisor for all adverse events and patient complaints.
• Reports any safety issues or concerns for employees or patients.
• He works as part of a team of healthcare professionals.
• He works in a professional and responsible manner.
• Participate in the continuing education and training program.
• Perform other tasks and duties within the scope of knowledge, skills and experience required for the job, as assigned by the line manager.
