Provides basic nursing care to patients in their homes and community based on their practice.
It provides essential nursing care to patients at all stages of life and satisfactory safety with all types of diagnoses based on the care plan.
Ensure safe provision of home nursing services in cooperation with the patient / family under the supervision of the nursing supervisor.

Requirements
Graduate of a nursing diploma or nursing program.
Review the annual competence for home care and community nursing practice.
Maintain a Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS).
Able to communicate in written and oral English.
Arabic language skills are required.
Basic 1 to 2 years workout experience in home care.
Healthcare experience in the Middle East.
Operating patient equipment such as elevators, wheelchairs and packing aids.
Responsibilities
Attend the patient's home to provide 10-12 hours of basic health care.
Follows the patient care plan for their home. The care plan can include, but is not limited to, the following nursing interventions: - Assist the patient in daily life activities - Monitor the patient for any health related changes - Monitor patient safety and prevent skin tearing - Documentation in accordance with the Home Care Policy.
Maintaining patient / family confidentiality and safety at home.
He excels in operating all the equipment needed for patient care at home. Training will be provided.
Contact the nurse supervisor for all adverse events and patient complaints.
Reports any safety issues or concerns for employees or patients.
He works as part of a team of healthcare professionals.
He works in a professional and responsible manner.
Participate in the continuing education and training program.
Perform other tasks and duties within the scope of knowledge, skills and experience required for the job, as assigned by the line manager.
